The handbook is a mutual edition of the State Committee of Azerbajdzhan Republic for Statistics and Federal State Statistics Service.

The handbook gives information on social and economic situation of two countries, as well as information on their geographical position and natural resources, state and territorial and administrative breakdown. Data in value terms are presented in national currencies.
